The biggest fair in the world is known as Oktoberfest. This lasts from September through early October in Germany. It is a fifteen-day-long festival that celebrates German and Bavarian beer. With an average of six million visitors every year, there is plenty of delicious food to eat, entertainment, and great company. There’s also the Festival-Medieval, which is held in Selb in September every year. It is one of the longest-running living history and reenactment festivals in all of Germany. There are performances featuring classical music from this era; fire shows, performers dressed as witches, wizards, or beggars who roam around the festival and even a market. This festival takes the idea of a Renaissance fair to the next level.
