That is why it’s smart to either take nighttime flights or early morning flights. For example, if you fly over to Europe around 9 p.m., you have plenty of time to sleep on the flight. There will be no jetlag, no airplane food, and no wasted vacation hours! As soon as you wake up, you’re good to start exploring.

Then, divide the time you have around vacation days you are planning on taking throughout the year until you have no hours left. This way, you have a visual of which days you can plan around a potential trip.
