The University of Minnesota Alumni Association (UMAA) has engaged with our travel providers to conduct tours and is not the Tour Operator. The UMAA is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the tour operator, airlines, hotels, restaurants, bus carriers, cruise lines, or any other person or entity engaged in carrying out tour arrangements (e.g., changes or cancellations affecting flights, hotel arrangements, or itinerary; fare changes; accidents; injury, damage or loss); or for any other event or cause beyond the control of the UMAA (e.g., sickness, weather, strike, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, quarantine, acts of God); or for any losses or additional expenses occasioned thereby. The right is reserved to decline to accept or to terminate participation of (without refund) any person on the tour should such person’s health, actions, or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or rights or welfare of other participants.UMAA Membership Statement
